Al - thank you, for sharing. I don't own a drone nor know anything about drone flying/videoing but this looks pretty darn good. Someday soon Carol and I will make this event. Seeing this being up north in the winter makes us jealous indeed.

Curious - is there a preferred direction there for folks to park their RVs ? Looks like in your video, many are parked with rear of RVs pointing in a southerly direction or ? If so, maybe this only applies to rear living/rear window floor plans.

Awesome job Al! I also know nothing about drones but looks great to me. As Dan said makes us up here in the north sure wish we were there. It looks like some nice riding areas too.

    Thanks,

No, direction depends on how you pull in. Some people may have preferences based on their solar arrangement.

For instance, our panels tilt to the door side, so we always park facing east, thus with the door on the south side. The extra advantage that is that it keeps our refrigerator in the shade.

I just want to say how much fun we had at the rally. We met great people, ate great food and learned a whole passel of new things. My only regret is that I didn't get to meet more of all of you. Count us in for the 2020 Quartzsite Rally and hopefully one or two more before then.

I also want to make sure to give a BIG THANK YOU to GD who not only sent techs to the rally to fix virtually anything that was out of adjustment or broken, but they sent enough techs so that no one was left without being taken care of. Fantastic!

Parking at the Q Rally was based on whether you wanted to be with folks using generators or folks that would be using solar. That way the generators would not disturb the folks using solar. Handicapped parking was also available.

Just wanted to point out, my husband asked one of the techs how many mobile techs GD has. The answer is - 4. So ALL available techs were there.
