Hi Colan.
I agree with your chart, but there is a conflict between it and the Lippert parts documentation for 6,000 & 7,000 pound axles.
You show the same Timken seal, 412920 for 5,200, 6,000 and 7,000 pound axles. The specification on this seal is 2.250" ID, and 3.376" OD.
However, if you go to the LCI website, They show their part number for the 5,200# axles as 122088. Using cross reference tables, that lines up with the Timken part number 412920 (2.25" x 3.376").
If you look at the 6,000 and 7,000# parts break down, they are showing seal number 130035. The specifications for this seal are 2.125" x 3.376". That is .125 (1/8") smaller than the 5,200# seal!
But when I changed the bearings in my 2014 337RLS with 6,000# axles, I took pictures of the OEM seal. It was a Dexter 10-36 seal which is in fact 2.25" x 3.376".
So, Lippert has either changed the axle shaft diameter to 2.125" on the 6K & 7K axles since I purchased my 2014 model, or they have a misprint on their website. I'm putting a link to the relevant section of their website below. Take a look at the seal and specifications for the 5.2K, 6K & 7K axles.

I am the poster of the second occurance of greased brakes.
I believe the repair shop used the correct size seals for my 5200 pound axles.

The 412920 is the correct seal for 5200, 6000 and 7000 pound axles.
I had forgotten about the discrepancy in the Lippert documentation until Jim mentioned it. Hence, my oh c... thought wondering if anyone had used the wrong seals.
BTW - while I’m not sure there is anything wrong with the generic seals I will continue to use Timken. I don’t want to take any chances.Colan and Marilyn Arnold

when tightening the castle/retainer nut, do you spin the wheel while tightening? or leave it stationary. I want to do it correctly. Ted

The video from Lippert that I've linked below has a really good discussion on how to properly reassemble and tighten the assembly. Check it out between minutes 4:00 and 5:30.

Bearing Service
Here is the result of tightening that castle nut to insert the cotter pin instead of loosening to insert the pin. These were originally installed by Performance Braking in Norman, Oklahoma this April, prior to towing our 5th wheel about 8,000 miles. You can see the brown scorch coloration.
Now I will say that I call Mike the owner of Performance and I don’t think you’ll see much service after the fact. He just asked if I would call and tell the installer. I don’t know about you, but if I have an issue with Dealer or business I call the Business, not the mechanic. So avoid going to Norman for installation and ask about service after the fact when doing business with these folks.
