Hello from brand new 2017 Reflection 311 BHS owners
I am delighted to have found this owner's forum. I am sure it will be quite a valuable resource. We are first time fifth wheel owners, having traded in our 2012 Coachmen Apex 288BHS for the 2017 Reflections 311BHS. We are taking the camper on our first camping trip this weekend and i am hopeful that it will be an uneventful experience.
Happy Camping!

Congratulations on your upgrade and welcome. Made a similar upgrade from a double bunk TT last summer ourselves. Good luck and have fun!

Thanks to all for the well wishes. Taking it on it's first trip tomorrow morning, to Houston for a week. Just want to get there and back in one piece.

Caziii, hows the camper been? We’re looking at either a lightly used 17 or a brand new depending on price and condition. Just looking for some feedback on how the camper has held up.

Welcome to the forum and the 311BHS family. I think you'll really enjoy the 311, especially the outdoor kitchen. I - as well as others - have posted several hints/suggestions about the 311 concerning the master bedroom TV mount and other stuff.

Hello, Sorry I am just getting to this. We like it so far. Only issue we had was cosmetic. They did not seal the doors on the Island cabinet and the black stain came off when wet. Grand Design responded promptly, however and sent us new sealed replacement doors and hardware. We take ours from Louisiana to Orlando ( Disney ) for 2 weeks at Fort Wilderness and are quite happy with it. We have an 8 year old son who has his own room and 1/2 bath with the bunkhouse type that we bought. I would recommend buying it. We're quite pleased with ours and the Lippert auto leveling feature really makes set up and take down effortless. It has held up well in the 20 months we've had it. I DID have the roof resealed as preventative maintenance and had the warranty forever inspection done. Essentially they check all the appliances, blow out the furnaces, check axle seals etc.

I'm sitting right now in the Blue Ridge mountains in my 323BHS, a now discontinued model. We too have grandkids, and last trip we filled up our bunkhouse room with 5 sleepers. We love the layout and especially like not having a second bathroom to have to clean.
I generally use the bunkhouse as my man cave--a great place to get away from grandkids watching cartoons in the living space and my wife watching Tyler Perry tv series' on OWN channel in the bedroom. Hope you enjoy your trailer as much as we have.
