Regional Sections?
Hi All,
I was wondering if there is an interest in the creation of regional or state groups/forums on the board? I could create a SW region, NE, etc if you guys were interested in that. Let me know!

I'm not sure. I usually use the New Post feature versus going to any specific section of the Forum but I know my Corvette Forum Regional groups are VERY active.

Most of the discussions we get into, from technical questions to travel route advice, seem to benefit from inputs from all over. I'm not sure I see the benefit of regional groups. Like Paul, I usually track new posts rather than individual sections of the forum.

Maybe under the destination or group campout headings but any place else could fraction off all the input in other sub forums.

Hi Chris,
Maybe my input doesn't carry much weight since I don't own a GD trailer yet but I will offer it anyway I also use the new post button and read any new ones. I don't think there is enough average sponsors/registered guests on-line to add more sections (unscientific, around 55 members early morning 200 or so in the evening). The new sections might be awfully quiet until the forum grows more.

Chris,
Thanks for continuing to think of ways to make the forum better. However, I agree with the above comments. Regional specific groups are not needed at this time for the reasons stated above.Lyle & Cathy plus Boomer (English Lab)
