How to "Fix" a spelling or other error in the title of a thread

I've had several people ask me to fix an error in the title of a thread, and I've finally figured out how to do it. But wait, there's more!!! You can edit the title yourself! If you make a mistake and are embarrassed by your thread's title error, you can fix it. Here's how:

    1. Open your post.
    2. Click "Edit Post"
    3. Click "Go Advanced"
    4. Look down a few boxes, and there will be your original title with it's spelling error!!
    5. Correct the title in the box.
    6. Click "Save Changes".

    And there you have it.

Not a chance! If they've spelt (British) it incorrectly, they now have the power to fix it. That is if they know they spelt it incorrectly in the first place!

I was a good spelling bee contestant in my earlier (much earlier) years. Now that I am well north of mid 70's, I sometimes ask my wife about spelling. It used to be the other way around. Just the same I have been tempted to start a separate thread in the "other"sub forum about spelling, word usage etc. For instance breaks/brakes, sight/site, vice/vise, and more. I'll admit to being very literal, seems to be a brain thing connected with ADD. When I read a title like " My trailer breaks going downhill" I think what part?
