I just contacted Alex. The primary cost will be for a tent rental. He'll have some other incidental costs also. Alex pays for these out of pocket, and hopes to recoup enough so he doesn't go in the hole. Grand Design does not contribute to the rally expenses, but they typically send a couple of representatives at their own expense and provide some nice give away items for the raffles. In fact, last year I won a Furrion Solar panel set up.

Hi Alex. I noticed that there will not be refunds offered for Quartzsite cancellations. Is there going to be a limit on how many can attend next year? When will the cut-off date be for reservations?

Hi John, limit is 150 rigs and cut off date is the day the rally starts. 1/16/18. The monies are being used for giveaways and tent rental, and I'd prefer not to have to pay out of my own pocket. We will also have the catered meal provided by GD. If we are able to hit at least 100 rigs I should be able to have another meal catered as well.
