Grand Design Reflection 297RSTS Cable Issues

I have a drawing that shows the TV antenna /Cable wiring for my 297RSTS if you are curious. Click on the 297RSTS link in my signature, then click on the Custom Wiring button, and then scroll to sheet 15 for the antenna wiring.

I have a Reflection 307MKS and can't get signal when I hook up cable connection to the "cable/cable" input on the Nautilus P2. But, when I pass the cable through the through storage to the other side cable connection it works just fine. Thoughts??

First thing to try is tightening the rear of all the connections you are using (remove the connection panels to do this. On the convenience center you should be able to get behind it. On my tt we have to unscrew and pull back the carpeted wall which gives access behind the panel). They often come loose from the factory.
