Stabilizing jacks

So we just bought a grand design reflection 5th wheel a few months back. So when we are pulling two things are happening. If we go up or down an incline like pulling out of gas stations the camper is coming down on the truck bed and both the middle stabilizing jacks are bent in? The retailer installed our hitch... is there a way to adjust the height to give more room for movement? Truck is 1 year old dodge 3500 with a pretty dent in it now ugh

This doesn't sound right. Can you post any pictures of your set up.

A lot of it will hitches can be adjusted up and down. Same is true for the hitch pin on your fifth wheel.
