We'll be on the move too, but not all the way to Peru. We're going to goof around in the Quad Cities area for a day. We'll look for you at the World's Largest Truckstop, exit 284. See Dick 641 post above.

Another busy day and 44.5 miles closer. We relocated to Rock Island/Quad Cities KOA and spent the day in Davenport enjoying the music. They are having their inaugural Alternating Current festival with music, comedy, arts and movies at 16 venues downtown. At 4 different places we heard a blues/rock group, folk singer, a Ramones style grunge band and a local rock band. All in all a very entertaining day.
Most important though is 265 miles to Goshen Fairgrounds.

The day started rainy but cleared up early enough to get in 9 holes of golf. Had to go to the store and replenish the pantry. Afterwards it was roaming the campground, saying hi and striking up conversations. Good friends returning and new friends everywhere. Golf carts buzzing around as GD service techs making the rounds, fixing this or adjusting that. Tomorrow the Rally officially starts with a breakfast and CEO Don Clark speaking. After that there'll be seminars, or a factory tour, or not - depends on what we want to do. Stay tuned, we'll see what develops.

I, along with a few others I imagine would be interested on what Mr. Clark has to say. I remember last year all three were adamant that GD would never sell out. Of course 3 months later they did.
