    I have moved this thread to the tech corner page so GDRV can see there is an issue. GDRV only monitors two sections of the forum, "tech corner", and "new feature recommendations".

    I still think that their customer service need to be a little quicker with ANY response I would have not been so amped up with NO response

    I'm glad that moving the thread was successful in getting you some help Joebob. I'm heading back over to the GDRV service center next week to pick up our trailer. When I'm there, I'll discuss this topic with them.

    I sent an email to Grand Design on Wed, Sept 6 and got a reply the same day from Bill Martin. I asked for a diagram of all the internal studs in my 388M walls and got two nice PDF files attached. I can hopefully attach some items in the garage and not just hook into thin wall board.
    Very good service in my opinion

    Just another data point - I emailed with a general question, no service needed, two weeks ago. Did not need a quick turn-around. Response was a phone call two days later. I'm pretty impressed.
