    Grand Design Email Responses.

    Has anyone emailed GD lately and got a response? Seems that they could care less. My wife has emailed support a number of times and never got responses.

    I started by calling GD and getting an actual name/person to talk to. He gave me the email to contact him directly.

    Had great service/response from him for our problem.

    Sent an email last Monday afternoon and received a response around 1pm on Tuesday.

    One business day response is pretty good in my book.

    Problems......send out an email to Jerry. Grand Design always response quickly along with Lippert.
    Never had a issue to date.
    Sent Jerry email at 1:35 pm and he emailed me back at 2:17 PM. I would say a very quick reply.
    Good luck.
    Check spam folder.....may be there.

    Please remember this is rally week and many GDRV support people are working at the fairgrounds and not at their computers. Just so you know they start their day here around 7:00 A.M. and don't leave until after 6:00 for the techs and well after 8:00 or 9:00 for the management team.

    I've emailed them several times and have always gotten a quick response. This is rally week and they have all been pretty busy for the last couple of weeks preparing for it. Have you tried the telephone?
