New England Fall Colors
Looking for some must see site (dog friendly if possible) as we make our trip from ME, NH, VT, MA,PA for our 6-week trip to New England Sep 15 - Nov 1.
Any great RV parks - Beach sites, National Parks, ect. would be helpful. We do have our Belgian Malinois with us, so any information on dog friendly sites would be helpful.
Thank you for your information in advance.

We stayed at Smugglers Den in Southwest Harbor ME over the summer. Campground was great and Acadia National Park is right there. Highly recommend. We stayed in spot 82A and have already booked for next year. Pet friendly, close to everything and loaner lobster cooking pits too boot.

Acadia is dog friendly. Moose River Campground in St. Johnsbury, VT is close to Dog Mountain, a must visit for dog lovers.

Take a look at Danforth Bay Camping Resort in Freedom, NH. It'a a top rated park in the White Mountains, just south of North Conway, with plenty to do in the park as well as the area. It's big rig friendly and pet friendly as well. We seasonal there, and we also travel during the summer from Danforth Bay.

In Vermont, Sugar Ridge in Danville is really nice, big rig friendly, with big sites. In Massachusetts, Normandy Farms in Foxboro is an excellent choice, it's a five star resort featured in The Travel Channel, with top notch amenities and facilities. In Maine, we like the Bar Harbor KOA for it's waterfront sites.
