Help with Electrical
I have a 2016 337 with the big refrigerator. I have noticed that the battery doesn't seem to charge very well, and when I put the refrigerator on either auto or LP with the shore line disconnected, the refrigerator beeps and flashes a "No AC" message. I suspect that I may have a faulty converter. Any help from GD would be appreciated.

SWJewellTN - do you have access to a voltmeter? Measuring the voltage at the battery terminals with shorepower connected, would help GD (or anyone else) determine whether or not the converter is working. You might have a faulty battery which could be determined by having a load test done. A "no AC" message when you unplug the shorepower sounds correct.

The battery is usually supplied by the dealer and most likely a low end model. You can remove the battery and take it to a local auto parts store for free load testing then use a voltmeter to check the output of the converter.

Adding more text so that the system will accept my response.

I'll have to try that tonight when I'm off work. Thanks. Now that the trailer has sat since Labor Day there's a beeping sound coming from inside the trailer.

The fridge will beep if it's on, but is not cooling on either AC or propane.

The frig isn't on. The beeping was coming from the ground control saying no AC.

I may not fully understand how you have things set up, but if you are not plugged in to a shore power source you, of course, have no AC (120 volt shore power). The battery does not charge unless you are on shore power (or plugged into your truck for some models) .The refer requires 12 volts from the battery to run the control circuit even when on propane. This will discharge the battery to the point that the propane detector (or CO2 detector, I forget which) will start beeping to let you know it is no longer functional. The refer may also beep but this varies with model as well.
If this doesn't make sense, then I don't understand your question.
Safe Travels.

When the frig is set to auto or LP it beeps saying no electricity. It shouldn't be beeping on the LP unless there's a problem.

I'm a bit confused. The "No AC" msg should be correct with shore power disconnected. Unless you have a dedicated inverter (converts 12V DC to 110V AC), the fridge will only work on propane with shore power disconnected. With shore power connected, the converter(converts 110V AC to 12V DC) charges your batteries and supplies 12V DC power to the camper and your fridge should operate on 110V AC shore line power. If you have a multi-meter, you can easily check your converter operation by measuring DC voltage across your battery terminals with shore power disconnected (should be a little over 12 volts), then connect shore power and measure again. The DC voltage should be 12.6-13.8 or so depending on the charged state of your batteries if your converter is operating. (PS Allow your batteries to sit for a little while after you disconnect shore power before measuring voltage)
