Thank you for the quick reply! I went and looked at one yesterday and the salesman told me $21,999 plus the $600 prep and doc fee. I had him confirm twice. Got an email today and he said he looked at it wrong and it’s “$28,900”. Not very happy, but people make mistakes. I think he may have been looking at the invoice. You have to pay a large dealer fee?

Nope, that was it. No hidden fees. I had another place down to $28500 and this dealer said he would beat their price and he did. Where do you live?

I paid $26,999 for the trailer, 1 12 volt battery, full propane tanks, a pretty decent starter kit with sewer hose and 90, water hoses, 30-15amp step down, water pressure regulators, gloves, chemicals and 2 nights on the beach. No dealer fees, battery or tires charges, nothing hidden or added later. Of course I had taxes after the $27k and I upgraded the batteries, fans and got a new WDH, but that was all on me. Be willing to drive 3 hours and make another dealer beat the price for your business. They are also more willing to order you a new trailer at the lower price, than sell you the one on the lot because they could sell that one at a higher price while yours is on order. Mine took about 4 weeks to build, then 2 more weeks for delivery, prep at the dealer and me to actually get there to pick it up. Plus the new ones have new features. 2 doors with friction hinges, extended prep space by the sink, hot and cold water for the quick connect hose up front. 2017 and early 18s I do not think have these items.
