Imagine 2400bh price
I am looking at buying a 2400bh. My local dealer doesn't seem to want to negotiate the price much how much discount/mark up should I expect to pay?

Shoot for 20 to 30% off MSRP. That’s pretty standard. Some have gotten more off.

25% is pretty easy, you can get more. I wouldn't buy it from them without at least 25% off unless you want to give them a nice donation.

MSRP's are all over the place and seem to change daily so a percentage off means nothing except what the dealer paid on a certain day. I had several quotes in the 25% to 27% off range and they probably varied by $5000. Be aware that the MSRP on, for example, 337RLS's has dropped by $5000+ since the 2017 models.
My suggestion is find the build sheets online and concentrate on those specific units that have the lowest MSRP as the dealers seem to work off those prices. Also, go to the GD website and figure out what the MSRP currently is on the RV you want. When dealing with a dealer that has multiple lots, be sure to call each one and you'll probably get a different price from each even though most work off the same inventory. In general, I avoid making offers on the internet as phone calls seem to work better, but sometimes an internet salesman calls with a good deal.

If someone is concerned about MSRP, order a new one. The sheets are available on the grand design website. No question if the dealer is playing games. If they play games like that you don't have to buy from them. Folks get invested though and dealers know that.

I found out that the build it worksheets on the GD website DO NOT include delivery to the dealer, which varies by distance. My dealer claimed over $3000 for delivery. I had no way to confirm or refute that price, so I had to work from that number in my negotiation.
