    Not sure of the height but it is the center position.

    That is what I do, also. Plus, there is there is more leeway when needing to back in at a sharp angle so the camper and truck don't meet.

    I have my B&W pivot arms in the middle position.

    Reflection 5th wheel what hitch?

    B&W Patriot Slider in our F250 but with the 6’9” bed we haven’t needed the slider yet.
    I installed the hitch myself and it is set to the lowest setting 17”.
    We pull what I call a “mini” Reflection, the 220RK, which is only 9K lbs. Hitch handles twice that.
