We've had it 3 years so not sure what the model was. Ours is a Standard Queen...we did not need the RV sizing. We also had a 3" Memory Foam topper that we put on top of it we'd been using on the crappy RV mattress that came with the rig.

I put the pump in the forward part of the under bed storage, used a hole saw to drill to holes in the mattress support board to run the air lines up to the mattress, and a hole in the side to run the power out as there is an outlet in our Momentum on each wall near there. Easy install.

Since we have the 374TH, our options do not include any under-bed pump placement or on the floor next to the bed (obstructs closet slide-out and side cabinet access). I’m thinking perhaps on the shelf above the headboard?, but that leaves hoses and cords in plain sight all the time. Only other option would be to mount in the garage beneath the bed and drill holes through the bed platform, I think.

That's what I was planning on doing with my Reflection 297RSTS TT, but then I considered mounting the pump under the foot of the bed in the under-bed storage area. I even put an extra outlet there in preparation for the bed. After we installed the bed, it occurred to me that I could mount the pump in the wardrobe on the RH side of the bed with a very short route for the hoses. I mounted an outlet next to the pump and hooked the outlet to the GFCI outlet in the forward storage compartment, which is directly under the head of the bed.

I know that my options don't apply to the 374TH or many other 5th wheels, but it might get some prospective Sleep Number buyers to "think outside the box" in finding a solution.

Of all the beds that don't move or other such features of dubious value, the primary difference is the extra padding. You can buy as good or better for less so little reason to pay select comfort more.

You can also buy the components which may or may not be cheaper than getting it directly from them depending on where you look and how inventive you are you can save a couple hundred bucks.

I have a foam memory topper and hate it. You sleep hot because your body sinks down in the foam

My 2018 also came with a (thin) foam-covered concrete slab for a mattress.

We replaced it with a Sleep Number P6 from our guest bedroom.

Due to the slanted front end of the trailer and the thickness of the mattress, Dearly Beloved couldn't walk around the bed because it stuck out so far.

We swapped it for a Sleep Number R5 Short Queen with the 10-inch radius corners.

    What a difference!

It opened up the whole room.

No more problems moving around the bed.

Even if you get a full Queen, get the 10-inch radius corners.

It's more than worth it to gain the extra space.

Keep in mind, also, that the R-series beds meet RV fire codes, while the standard series have not been certified for RV use.

I am not sure there is any difference in materials used, but the R-series has been certified.

The square corner queen R5 fits fine in our Reflection 297RSTS TT. I think our bedroom has more walk-around space than the smaller Imagines.

For those of you that have the R5 by Select Comfort, did you put that material underneath the mattress so that it breaths and mold does not form there?

No, I just glued carpet under it to keep the factory pressed-wood-chip board from abrading it.

To what material are you referring?

Living in humid Dixie, I may just need it!
