It's not worth the problems of taking it to the dealership, letting it sit there for days or weeks just to remove a quart of hydraulic fluid and add a quart of Cat fluid, then have to return to pick it up. Much, much easier just to do it yourself. What's your time worth?
SOLD my 2017 Momentum 376TH being pulled by a 2014 Ford F-350 Lariat, FX-4, Crew Cab, Longbed, Dually. Not pulling the 5er, catch me on my 2013 CVO Harley Ultra Classic.

Smart move. Remember, after you do it to cycle all of your hydraulic systems (landing gear, slide outs) a number of times. I did mine just a couple of times at first and it still happened....but then I did it four or five more times and now the noise/slippage is gone.

Where is a good place to pick-up some Catepillar 1U-9891?

I had the same issues with what I described as the levelers buckling. It was worse when the temps dropped. I used the additive and followed lippert directions and problem solved. Tom

You need to find a Cat service center or dealer. They are everywhere. You most likely see their trucks when you are driving around. Wheeler is big around here, and their service center in Salt Lake City had tons of the stuff in stock.

You can visit https://www.cat.com/en_US/support/dealer-locator.html to find one in your area.

I called over one morning, they had it waiting for me in their will-call pickup. I drove over on my lunch hour to pick it up, and put it in the next Saturday.

The problem seems to get worse for some in the cold, but we had it happening in warmer weather too. One application per the instructions from Lippert and it never happened again.
