Changes to our back end hosting

All,
I wanted to let you know that I am planning on changing our hosting provider in the new year. Our current provider has not been as fast as I would have liked, and does not facilitate the growth that we are expecting over the next year. I have evaluated a number of hosts, and have it down to a short list. I will be selecting one shortly, and will beta test the site on the new host. If that is successful, we'll have a final cutover and move to the new forum.

The new host will be faster, and have more resources available to us. It will foster and enable our growth over the upcoming years. You all make this possible, thank you. I sincerely appreciate your continued patronage of our site.

Okay, I have picked up a new hosting provider. More space, more bandwidth, more more more! We are now with InMotion. I will be working with them to plan the server move, and will schedule the downtime. Once I know that, we'll start the move. The primary thing that has driven this is that we were running out of space on Hostmonster, and they wouldn't work with me to up our drive space. Anyway, the new host is rated exceptionally well, and will cover anything we need from a growth perspective. Performance shouldn't ever be an issue moving forward either. I will keep you posted on the scheduled downtime, and the duration once I know. I will also send out an email to let everyone know.
