Why aren't there generators in TTs?

Even in FW you're looking around $5-6K for prep and a Cumins Onan. If you're not sure whether you'll need one or not, try camping 1 season without and make a note of every time you would have used one. Most portable 2k gennys weigh approx 150#. When in doubt...YouTube the subject and ask your local dealer where you bought the GD. That's the beauty of buying from your local dealer instead of buying across the country to save a few $$.

Most 2K portable gens only weigh 45-50lbs. 3K portables weigh 150+/- lbs. Thats why even though 3K gens cost less than 2-2000W gens, you see many with 2 2000W gens because it's easier to move them around.

From my research, there are no portable 2000 watt generators on the market anywhere near that weight.

Correct. I have two of the 2800/3100 Champions and they each weigh 84 lbs.
