Let the new adventures begin

Hello everyone.

We are Allen and Denise from Lancaster County, Pa. After looking about a year we finally purchased a 2018 Solitude 310GK R with full body paint but won't take ownership until beginning of April. This is our first RV so we are very exited about starting a new chapter in our life. We still work and are not planning on going Full Time but hope that we can go camping at least one week or weekend each month to unwind and release some stress. I've never towed anything this tall and long before so a little nervous but I guess that is why they call it an adventure. I've been reading a lot of information on this forum and want to thank all of you for being so kind and posting your experiences and wisdom related to traveling and RVing for all us newbies.

Next step is to decide where we want to take our first trip.

Wanted to get some input on loading and packing 5th wheel. I know I have to watch gvw and pin weight so this question is related to items themself.

1. We do not like eating off paper and plastic so we are going to use correleware. Does any use these and if so where do you put them. Top or bottom cabnets. how do you keep them from shifting or falling out while traveling.

2. Does anybody know how much weight can be put in top cabinets of solitude.

3.can you keep things on counter while traveling such as keurig.
