Nautilus system
Hello all. I have a 2018 Reflection 312 BHTS, we were camping between Christmas and New Years this year in the below freezing temps. Although I did have a heated water hose connected we woke up one morning to no hot water. I called our selling dealer and described the situation and he had never heard of anything like that. He did suggest I put a small space heater in the storage compartment where the Nautilus control panel is. After about 1 1/2 hours we had hot water. Has anyone else experienced this?

Given the recent weather, there has been a lot of discussion about freezing water systems. Use the search tool in the upper right corner on something like "freeze" to find these threads. You do have to wonder about an RV dealer who has "never heard of anything like this" . . .

scottn1958 - When I search on "Freeze" I find 260 threads containing this word. Many like https://www.mygrandrv.com/fo...ghlight=freeze have content that might answer some of your questions.
I wonder if you are not finding these because you are a "registered guest" rather than a "site sponsor"?
This site is paid for by "site sponsors" who are mostly owners of Grand Design products. As a "registered guest" you have basic access, but there is more, like pictures and attachments, that only site sponsors can access. The fee is $12 per year and primarily means that the site can run without advertising or pop-ups. If you are interested in full participation, there is a “Become a Sponsor” tab on the top bar.

I paid $14.99 today to sign up for life today. But maybe I just don’t know where to look?
