Kitchen slide

Hello fellow Grand Design owners. I have a 2016 Solitude 375re and have a kitchen slide that will not go out completely on the bottom. It is only a about 3 inches short. I grease the chain and lubricate the slide regularly. First time happening and really have not tried to bring it in all the way and try it again yet. Has this happened to anybody else? Trama

Sounds like the chain may have slipped a few cogs.

A 375RE kitchen slide uses a hydraulic ram system for the 2 main slides. It may need a simple adjustment.

Never saw a chain drive slide on any RV.....

X2 ...and don't use grease on the "track" (if that is what you are greasing) it will make a big gooey grimy mess.

Any idea what that adjustment is? We have a kitchen slide in our 375RES that will not extend fully.

If you look under the slide, you will see a couple brackets. They control how the slide reacts to the boom moving it.

Is it not going out uniformly, or it won't go out completely at all? Leaves 2" around the entire slide, or one side or top or bottom is against, and rest is not?

Is the 2" around the entire 375RES stove and refrigerator slide normal? I'm feeling a seal on this slide that is not there on the dinette slide.
