Roof on our 2017 Imagine

We have been waiting for one of Grand Design's regional managers to contact Southaven RV concerning "cracks" found in the roof of our 11 month old Imagine when we took it in for the A/C recall.
Grand design returned my email advising a manager would be in contact concerning this issue, that was Thursday Jan.11 and no one has contacted us.
My question is, should we expect a roof to last at least a year? We purchased the unit new on 2/22/2017. Thank you Tim Batross

In short, yes- your roof should be good. With that said, mistakes can be made when installing the roof, like using too much catalyst agent for bonding which will result in many tiny bubbles in the roof. Make sure you follow up: take photos and send messages or e-mails.
