A Little Concerned With The Carefree SunScreen Rubber Cord
Twice now this rubber cord in the top part of the EZ zipper model Carefree SunScreen works its way out of the track. I believe it may be vibrating free during travel. I've had to remove the screen, work the cord back through the hem and then reinstall. OK, truth be told it's Nancy that works the cord back through. It's like messing with the drawstring on a hoodie or sweatpants.
Anybody else seen this happen and if so how'd you fix it?Tom & Nancy

That happens to ours. Other setups like this that I've seen have a screw in the track to keep the bolt rope from working out the ends. I haven't worked on a fix.

I had that happen on our 2014 model. I put a small screw on each side of the track to keep it from working its way back out.
