Brian - glad you posted this....great picture. Everytime I see your avatar it looks like a very nice site/facility. Carol and I too would be interested in learning more about the Palm Springs location/facility. Where do you park the "grocery getter ?"

We stay at Outdoor Resort Palm Springs. I found it during my months-long internet searching of all things RV related prior to our retirement. There are several RV parks down here. I'm not familiar with any of the others. The sites are all owned by individuals but many of them (30%?) are rented. We rent our site. Rent is $1,595 plus there is a $12/day HOA fee so the total cost is just under $2,000/month. Golf is included with the HOA charges so I golf almost every day. It's an "executive course" (all par 3's) but I'm a lousy golfer and prefer short courses. They keep the golf course and grounds in immaculate condition. There are lots of places to stay that are far cheaper but this place checks most all the boxes for us.

The grocery getter is the white truck you see parked in front of our 5th wheel (bottom center of photo).

I'm almost afraid to share this information because I don't want anybody stealing our lot! BTW, the golf course lots sell for $100-125k right now. They were >$200k ten years ago.

Thanks, Brian.......appreciate the information very much ! We will not steal your spot but will have to check the facility out on the net. Thought the grocery getter would be your Z06......or maybe that's only used when getting "fast food" !!!
