I have read some post that the fridge doesn't get cold enough. I think most of them had the middle divider not closing all the way and they did an easy fix of using a washer under the hinge

We had a Winnebago Adventurer Class A (top of the line gas) motorhome with the Norcold 12 cu ft 4-door frig. For the most part, it worked OK, sometimes great, and sometimes poorly. I had the dealer look at it, I changed the thermister, adjusted the thermister, you name it. I really did like having the ice maker though. My other complaint is that the frig uses quite a bit of 12 VDC power to keep all the defrost heaters working, which is an unwanted load when dry camping. I considered getting a residential frig, but that would have cost me upwards of $3000 for the frig, labor, inverter, etc. In the end, we sold the motor home and got the 297RSTS in my signature. The 8 cu ft Dometic in the 297 works great. I did need to have the exterior vent fan replaced under warranty right after delivery, but that was a minor issue and the frig still worked OK in the cooler fall weather. That's my story and I'm sticking with it.

We had a problem with the doors staying shut during travel. On the way home from our first trip we stopped at a rest stop and found some things from the fridge on the floor but the doors were shut. The right side doors would pull open easily without operating the latch. There is a catch between the doors that keeps them closed. it held tight on the left but not on the right. Bought a new catch, did the same thing. The darn thing is "T" shaped but is not perpendicular. Both old and new exactly the same. Flipped it and problem solved. Now I have a spare
Had a little trouble getting it to achieve the right temp. It would be at 45* at one setting, below 32* at the next setting down. Installed an interior fan and remote monitor, no more issues so far.

You missed a category in your poll, so I can't respond. Had a major problem, fixed, and now food stays cold. We just had the entire cooling unit replaced (it's a sealed unit). A $2,400 repair but was covered - except for the deductible - by our Route 66 plan. This issue is not exclusive to the 12 cu. ft. Norcold model 1210, but to all absorption refrigerators.

I too had a not cooling enough. It wouldn't get below 38*F and it was 34 outside. The complete unit was replaced after Grand Design stepped in.
The new one works great after adjusting the left door height so that the flapper flipped correctly.

Another category for the poll, Works sometimes, sometimes not.
Plenty of variables in these things. Most of the time it is cold enough, other times it freezes stuff in the lower part, other times everything in the freezer is soft. It meets minimum requirements, but I wouldn't recommend it.Dallas
