New Imagine 2250RK Owner

Picked up our new Imagine 2250RK last week. We were originally looking at the 2500RL or 2600RB, but really liked the layout of the 2250RK with the theatre seating option. Can't wait for spring to arrive here in Iowa.

We are going to Dallas Saturday to look at the 2250RK. We think it will be a great TT for just the two of us. I am going to shop for a new truck as well. What will you be towing yours with? TIA

We are towing with a 2016 F150 Supercrew (1725# Payload) with the 3.5L ecoboost engine. We bought the truck to tow our previous camper, a 29 ft SportTrek that weighed over a 1000# more than the 2250RK. But we decided that camper was way more than just the two of us needed. We towed the new camper home about 150 miles from the dealer and it was a very easy tow, even with winds of around 20 mph that day. We are using an Equalizer four point hitch that we used with our other camper. Won't be able to get it out to camp with it until around May 1st.

CRClone I'm curious if the 2250RK has an inverter? I know it is solar ready, but I think that is just a plug with wires to the batteries.

Correct, solar ready only. For power, mine has a WPC WF-9855 converter.

Trading for 2250RK Friday and picking up after dealer installs slide topper. Any issues with 2250RK that we need to check out before we take delivery next week?

The only issue so far we didn't even notice until we had put it into the storage building. A couple of screws had popped out of the trim piece between the front cap and the rock guard below. The Dealer has it on his to-do list when we take it in to be de-winterized in April.

Did you go with the dinette or theatre seating?
