Fireplace flashing 88, no heat

Just went over 1 yr anniversary by 2 weeks and things are breaking. Water heater won’t work on gas. GD said to take it to an Atwood Service center since Atwood has a 2 yr warranty.

Tonight we turned the fireplace on to keep our parrot warm and it’s flashing 88 with no heat. It it toast? If so does anyone have recommendation of what to replace it with?

Thanks for that link. I removed panels and reseated all connectors. No change.

Update;
Grand Design is sending me a replacement fireplace.

I took delivery of a 303RLS last Saturday. The heat on the fireplace worked through most of the first night then the 88 code started. Now, it will only heat for about 10 minutes before failing. I am going to contact Grand Designs about a replacement. That is the only problem we have had with the trailer so I don't want to take it back to the dealer to swap out the fireplace.

Update;
Grand Design is sending me a replacement fireplace.

Received replacement fireplace from Grand Design. The original fireplace was a curved glass Furion with low and high heat settings. The replacement is an “Ever Light” brand straight glass front, single heat setting. Not complaining since it was free and out of warranty but does anyone have experience with this brand?

I had the Ever Light and it failed in less than 5 minutes. The replacement is a Greystone and is still working OK after 4 days of fairly heavy use.
