Update: Yes I am aware that the dealers install batteries. I made an inquiry to Grand Design and they called me back. Only one battery is required and the leveling system is a 50 amp system, not 80 amps. This was according to Bryan at Grand Design.

Where are 2 fuses to charge battery located?

Buckskin. The two fuses are on the side of the converter. Here are a couple of pictures.
This one is from my 2014 337RLS. There were two 40 amp fuses. The converter was located behind the basement wall on the passenger side:
The next picture is from my 2017RSTS which is a travel trailer. The converter is located in the hutch. There are two 35amp fuses.

No wonder my battery was as dead as a hookers heart. Had my GD RV on 120 house power all winter and when I went to hook up last week - nothing. Had to use jumpers to hook up. I had the power selector to “off” thinking that the battery would still charge. Now I know...thanks for starting this posting Jim. How could we make it without this forum ???
