Well a wine rack and a rack to hold the wine and martini glasses is a must!! It’s nice once you are all set up to have a glass of wine. Just got back from the maiden voyage and all items worked. We were out in the desert so a generator was used from time to time.

Now I do like a good glass of bourbon too.....

A tire jack. Your RV does not come with one. Also a lug nut xbar or torque wrench and appropriate sockets for the lugs on the wheels and spare. Probably should read your owners manual for the appropriate size. And some wood blocks. You lift the RV by the frame and the distance from the frame to the ground could be considerable.

I carry a 12 ton bottle jack. Not that I need one that heavy but it is the extended length that is important. I also carry several 4x4 wood blocks cut to about 10 inches length to set the jack on top of.

On 5ers I dont know. I think some can use their levelers to change a tire. You need feedback from those that have them.

The list of things can become overwhelming and I'd recommend going out a few times before going too crazy buying things. That said, there are some high priority items that I'd consider immediately.
    > Wheel Chocks (as mentioned above, this is a necessity)
    > Drinking water hose
    > Water pressure regulator
    > Sewer line
    > Regular garden hose to rinse black tank
    > Leveling blocks (can make your own, but I prefer the plastic ones
    > EMS to protect electrical system
    > If you don't have a tire pressure gauge capable of checking your trailer tires, get one
    > Roadside assistance membership that covers RV

Lots of other nice to have items, just listed the things that, in my mind, are top priority accessories.
Keebler, Who makes the best water pressure regulator? I need to add this to my accessories. I also went with a separated black tank flush hose which has to be a good call. I picked up a nice bottle jack at harbor freight that is in a nice plastic case. Also the breaker bar and sockets to get the wheels off. They sell a nice impact socket that has 19mm on one side and 21mm on the other. Once I found the spare has the 21mm and the wheels are 19mm I realized I had unintentionally stumbled on a good choice. I discovered this when removing my tires for replacement.

Don't get a Renator water pressure regulator. Mine was a failure right out of the box. The Watts type is supposedly better. That's what I'm going to be ordering next.

Unless you're in an area with poor cell coverage the cell phones set on speaker are way more reliable than walkie talkies. Our walkie talkies seemed to always fail at critical moments.
