    Question Leveling system issues

Just came back from four days camping with no issues. Got the camper home and disconnected the truck like normal and hit the auto level button. The front dropped all the way down and the right front kept trying to go farther but was physically impossible. Finally went into alarm and stopped. Tried numerous things but nothing works. Of course all of the manuals for the Lippert system are not correct for my camper and even the online manuals on the control system in the camper are not correct .
Is there a way to rezero or reset the system?

If I put the system in manual and got it almost level, them hit the auto level it would work, but when I retracted everything and started over it would repeat what happened above again and go into alarm.

Leaving in a couple weeks on vacation, won't have time to take it to the dealer.

    thanks in advance.

    yes

after I hit the auto level button the jacks go all the way down and are supposed to raise and start leveling. The right front keeps trying to go lower but it is physically impossible to get any lower.

Just a thought without being there, the front jacks can be extended manually by pulling the pins, could you have extended them too far or not far enough? ? ? ?

I have had that issue by extending the jacks too far before I start autolevel. When it can't go low enough on the front jacks (they are all the way up) then autolevel fails.

Only way I could get it to work was to get it level manually then hit the auto level and it would work, but it is was not within a couple degrees of each other it would fail

Could your level be off too much from side to side. Have heard of before that being a problem and people have had to put boards under one side to get it close enough for the auto level to work.

I have found the system has problems with more than about 1.7 or 1.8 degrees side to side. When pulling into a spot with side slope before unhitching I check, if the system shows more than 1.5 degrees I used blocks.

I never had to use blocks before, trailer is parked at the same spot for the last year, wonder why it got picky about it now? I will try a board under it to see if it goes away.

    thanks
