How to buy parts?

I understand you can get "replacement parts" but can you buy additional parts? Like for things that aren't broken?
I'd like to add 1 additional shelf to the freezer, but didn't see any where on the GD website where I could buy one.

Good morning. A shelf in the freezer would have to come from the freezer manufacturer. It's not something GDRV stocks as part of their build process. If you do need to purchase a part that GDRV stocks, you need to do so through your dealer. They will place the order to GD, and then sell it to you at retail price (plus shipping) when it arrives. There is a part number lookup under the "Service and Warranty" section of the "Owner Support" tab on the GD website. But it will only list parts that GD sells.

The manual that came with your fridge (it looks like a Dometic from the picture) should have the OEM PN for the shelf. You can search this on Amazon and probably find a replacement. We did this to replace a broken fridge door shelf.

How many times, Rob, have members told you - only four beers per shelf! Any more will break the little plastic things on the end.

If you drink light beer, you can store 5 cans per shelf.

Is the four Canadian beers equals six American based on price?
