San Clemente State Beach, CA

First trip of the season, heading south on 395 with a stop in Lone Pine. The on to to San Clemente State Beach where there always seems to be a few GD's. Anyone else heading there?

Hey Brian, how long are you going to be here? I'm going the opposite way in a couple weeks and heading to Crowley for opening day.

Hey Paul......sorry I didn't respond...we left the 3rd (never logged in while gone) and got back yesterday the 14th. There were a couple of Solitudes, a Momentum and an Imagine in the park while we were there. Was thinking of heading down 395 for opening day since the ski resort here is closing tomorrow... so I'll be on my summer schedule. Not sure if I will be able to swing it though.. Heading to the Tetons in June.....

The Tetons were on our list for June too but I had a major change of plans .... no major travel this year. I was on the road too much last year and just needed to stay close to home for a year. The only real trip on our schedule this year is 2 weeks in September to Yosemite and Tahoe.

The Tetons and the general area are one of our favorite places. We love Jackson and stay at Gros Ventre.
