Hello and welcome Bill Davey. The post you responded to is a attendee's list for the rally in Goshen Indana at the Fairgrounds. The rally is official. The list is voluntarily and unofficial. It's a list of people attending the rally.
The rally is in Goshen Indana, at the Four H County Fairgrounds. It starts Tuesday August 28 to Friday August 31st.
