The buyers just signed on the dotted line this afternoon. Been a wild ride. House sold in 5 days, inspection revealed septic issues......not an issue unless we were selling mind you! grrrrr

10 trees down. Closing moved back 2 weeks from buyers end.....now we are finally sticks and bricks homeless! LOL

We are at Colonial Woods CG in Bucks county for a few months while i continue to work.....for now. A couple of pics coming if the camp wifi ever lets my emails through! LOL

Ah yes, now you are homeless except for the camper. Go forward, things could be a lot worse. Might need to find a small place to call home in the near future, always nice to have a place to call home,,,,

Congrats! we are getting our home ready to put on the market! so much to do!! Hope our home sell fast! Did you use a realtor or sell yourself? We hate paying between 6 & 8% realtor fees! We hope to be homeless by middle of Jan.2019! Enjoy your journey! Tara

Went with Weichert. they did a great job. house was videoed and put on social media including youtube.....we are at Massey's Ralley since yesterday.....then back to the Pocono area for a few more months.....looking at something a little more south.....good luck with the sale.

Jims94..... We are so so jealous! Our home is up for sale, but still awaiting a buyer. Fingers are crossed. We've sold nearly everything at this point.

We look forward to the adventure when we do finally go fulltime.

Where in the poconos? We lived in Jim Thorpe, up in Bear Creek Lake. Miss it there, but not the snow! We're now in New Mexico.

Not far From Jim Thorpe actually. In Brodheadsville. I say Pocono's because most people recognize that. This is an area where i can still commute to my job easily.....and we have a winter site. Hope this is the last year we see such cold temps. I will be envious of you guys very soon!! LOL

We are actively looking to head south and a little west hopefully in January.......before any snow hopefully. Don't want to drive on salted roads for sure......

Offer the realtor 5%. If they won't bite, go find another realtor. They can do it for that.

Also go ahead and get a quality home inspector in to check out the property. If there are any problems, you have more time now to correct them than after you have a contract on the property. Also nothing worse than having a deal fall thru after an inspector's report.

If you want low fees go to Assist To Sell. A lot of people behind get paid by the fee. Depends on how much you want them to try to sell it. you get what you pay for.....good luck......
