Dan, did you get an answer on "changing out the feet" on your Superglide. . . . . I just moved my Pullrite from the old Chevy 2500HD with the standard rails to the new 3500HD with the fifth wheel prep hitch package using the adaptor rails. The hitch now sits about 2" higher than before so the 303 sits a little nose high, plus the bed cover won't close without removing the hitch head. . . . Thanks

I changed out my feet on my Pullrite Super Glide ISR Hitch, for the low profile ones. Lowered the hitch 1 1/2 inches.
    I just looked this up.
Part #2911, for 4 feet was $99.99, shipped back in May 2013.

By lowering the hitch, my Pace Edwards Rollback Tonneau Cover, (Full Metal Jack Rabbit) can be close with the hitch in my truck. And, my 5er is level when hooked on the truck.

Joe - yes I did. They said the difference between my roughly 3 1/2" feet (not counting the metal lip for the pins to the rails) will net about an 1 1/2" with the roughly 2" feet......see this link to Pullrite confirming this: http://www.pullrite.com/products/isr...ofile-foot-kit

Joe - what is the height difference from truck bed to top of the std. rails you had on previous 2500HD vs the same measurements on the 3500HD with the fifth wheel prep pkg. #4444 adapter rails ? Trust the shorter feet will offset this difference fully or more/less by a little ?

Thanks for the reply, just went out and looked at mine, it looks like they used the "lower" feet to begin with when they installed in my old Chevy 2500HD. . . . .

Joe - looking at your pictures I am thinking the hitch head height is about if not exactly the same with the longer feet (of which I have) and std. rails as compared with the short feet with the 4444 adapter ?

What is the measurement from your P/U bed to the top of the 4444 rails ?

Dan, from the high rib of the bed to the bottom of the 4444 rail is 1 1/4" / 4444 rail is 2 1/2" / top of the 4444 rail is 3 3/4", I think if I could get the 4444 rails down an inch i would be good.

At the outset, my apologies to our OP for continuing to take the thread off topic from the capture plate questions.......gotta be first !

Thanks Joe, so much ! My thinking exactly......appreciate the numbers as we are looking at the same 3500/factory fiver/goose option as well with a newer P/U. With our solid tri-fold cover we do have room to close the cover even with the additional inch but I do not want any more hitch height when towing our 303. However raising the 303 or changing to a different fiver "higher off the ground" is an option as well.
