Mostly because of this thread, I bought a 17” Blackstone. I did the conversion to run it off camper propane. I took it on its maiden voyage this week. I did the seasoning last night and entertained 10 for breakfast this morning. Worked like a champ! It may be a touch small for 10, and it was my first foray into flattop cooking, but the bacon, eggs, hash browns, and pancakes were great. Thanks!

Thanks for this post. We love our Blackstone 36". We just picked up our Imagine travel trailer Friday and are already discussing whether to get the 17" or 22" for camping.
We'll use this info to get it all set it soon.

As always, just comes down to personal preference, how much space you need. I enjoy the 22 with stand, but I didn't have one at home so it serves double duty.

Great idea I'll have to try it next time I use my griddle.

I just bought the 22" griddle. Walmart had the 22 with stand and cover for $150. This is one heavy bugger! I think the burner and griddle are 32 lbs. The stand isn't light either. I think I'll store the stand, burner and griddle separately. I also ordered the fitting with the quick connect. My 29RS is outfitted with a low pressure quick connect coming out of the basement. I seasoned the griddle Saturday and then made a hot ham, swiss and onion on it. If you've ever ordered and watched them make a Philly cheese steak sandwich on a griddle, you now have the tools! (Or at least I do). Now I'm looking forward to some sexy breakfasts and lunches at future campsites.
