Marcy & Gary - what did you see on the factory tour yesterday for the shower ?

    Dan

The shower doors we saw yesterday in all the 3350s are glass sliding doors, it was a triple track sliding door. No curtain. But if you like curtains it would be easy to do yourself. I'm recalling seeing carpet in the bedroom..no pics Agree on the linen color, it seems very pale ...almost anemic lol. That link has some good shots and is what we saw..and liked for the most part.

We did find out today our dealer will add the step box...so now I think we see if a deal can be worked out

OK so if you go to the specs for the bathroom it does tell you that it has a glass shower door! Just wanted to update

Thanks, Emily ! We did confirm that as well. Still perplexed about the picture with a curtain in the link I shared. Maybe it was a picture of a different unit that was posted in error by the dealer.

There is a good possibility it is something they prototyped and when posting it, they did not remove it from the proto....

Unfortunately that can happen... We usually catch it before it goes live, bu there are times we miss something. Sorry!

Emily - we need your help. It seems that the shower curtain has become the new std. on some (all ?) Solitudes and other lines/models. See this thread: https://www.mygrandrv.com/fo...903#post187903

Would you be so kind as to clarify for us what is the std. for the various models/lines and share why the change.

I probably should have started a new thread covering all models and not have used this 3350 specs.

Shower curtain became the new standard in Momentum and Solitude a few months ago.

That said, I had a conversation with our East Coast Rep and he said they were going to go back to the glass doors because of customer feedback.

When that happens, I do not know a date that is set in stone.

Thanks, Steve......appreciate the prompt feedback ! Not surprised going back to glass as (even though some do and will like a curtain as shared on this forum) with these level of RVs one would and should expect a little more upscale such as glass. Good move (once again) GDRV !

    Hello All,
I am not a GD FW owner, yet. I have been researching the 3350RL and have seen them at a couple dealers in town. I would like some feedback from the experienced RV'rs on this post about a few things I have seen while touring.
    Things I love.
Floorplan, immense basement storage, Windows tons of windows, bathroom, length of the rig, CCC is terrific, lots of kitchen counter prep space.

    Things I am not sure.
    Electric 6 pt leveling -
    Electric slideouts
    Non-shock absorption fifth wheel pin
12 cu ft refer- we could make it work
    Furion non sealed stove top.

Please educate me about Grand Desgin. I have heard good things. Any experiences.
