    Would you tow this?

Would you tow with this setup? Just 5 miles surface streets from storage to campground and 5 miles return?

    Tow Vehicle 2008 Chevy 2500 CC/LB Duramax 2WD
    GVWR 9200 - over by 800
    RAWR 6084 - unsure
    CGVWR 22000 - under

Trailer 2019 Solitude 310GK Factory weight sheet
    GVWR 15000
    GAWR 7000/14000
    UVW 12226
    Hitch 2342
    Street 5198
    Curb 4682

    Additions to factory weight
    Propane & battery ~125
    Empty tanks (winterized)
About one Tahoe load of "stuff" maybe 500
    Basement essentials (water hoses/chocks)

It looks like we are under truck RAWR by about 1000 on street side. Since we don't have a lot of stuff, and won't have water, should probably be okay.

We did not tow the 120 miles from dealer since it did not feel safe. Unfortunately the delivery of the new truck is delayed. New truck is 2019 GMC Denali CC/LB SRW Duramax 4WD

Kay & Dave - agree - no concerns. The pin of the 310 lightly loaded as you state can't be much different than your loaded 303. Yes, maybe the 310 total weight is when loaded as you note will be 1500 lbs. heavier but again not a concern.

We have construction guys pulling toy haulers all the time in this part of the country with 2500s sagging in the rear. At night they could go coon hunting with the head lights pointing so high !

How exciting ! Any pictures posted yet ?
