Bathroom fan screen
Hi, how do you remove the fan screen for cleaning? There’s a small lip that looks like it wants to be used to pull it off, but after pulling gingerly on it I was afraid I’d break something. Any suggestions? 337RLS

I took mine off about a month ago, but am not looking at it now. As I recall I just pulled gently and the clips came apart to lower. Then just pushed them back into place when done cleaning. I was surprised at how easily it was to remove it.

There are little catches around the edges that you can push out (away from the center of the screen) gently as you pull down on the screen. Work your way around and will will come free.

As Rob said, there are a combination of small and medium catches or fixed plastic clips all around. My wife found some chamois type rags that work great to remove the lint from these screens.
