You get people when you can. In my case, needed the concrete poured when it hadn’t rained due to my yard being soft. 22.5 yards later. Concrete was poured Aprox 5.5 to 6 inches deep.

    Got the rafters installed today.

Haha I know, yours is awesome I'm sooo jealous! Wish I had the property to build my own on. Main thing is to keep them out of the sun and the hail and they look good for a long time.

I agree 100% it pains me to have it hanging 4 past the cover right now.

Admire your building progress! Pictures are important documentation and helpful to me. Looking to build a 40 x40 x 16 pole building. Don’t have a garage with our 70 year old home so we trying to get 2 autos protected as well as TT. Question is how to cool the building to prevent over heating in the summer months. Here in the south it can get very hot but the humidity is the culprit. I don’t want to damage the trailer trying to protect it! What did everyone include in their plans with their buildings?

If the building will be in the sun you probably won't be able to keep it truly cool, you should be able to control it some. Good gable vents, and an insulated ceiling will do a lot of good, insulating the walls would help as well, particularly the walls which get sun on them.
