    Emily, thank you for checking. I finally got an email on Wed, 7/11. Never got a phone call tho. I actually called on Wed before I checked my email and got through to customer service too.

    I got the info I wanted from the email.

    I sent an email to our customer service rep last Wednesday. To date = crickets......

    I'm going to try giving them a call tomorrow.

    OK, so my husband has convinced me to "give them a little more time". BUT it's been a week since I sent the email.

    Does anyone think I could get some kind of response here?

    The majority of the folks are probably at the rally, I suspect that has something to do with not getting a good response.

    Not getting down on you, DougW9876, but that would be a terrible reason for poor customer service. It's called customer service, not rally service. Again - not picking on you, just hoping GD is not letting more people go without support (those not attending their rally) while catering to the few (relatively speaking) that are at their rally.

    livinthelife.... good luck. My experience was that once they respond they do well. But they first have to respond. I'd keep calling & emailing, maybe someone will respond.

    I know this is the third thing I've had to contact our service rep about. The first two times, he responded within a day. But nothing yet. I'm going to "be a good girl" like my husband wants and wait until next week (post rally).

    But I agree that someone should be minding the store.
