    Nice. Use the camp electricity instead of your propane. I wonder how it would work with a cast iron griddle to grill some steaks.

    Cast iron and any black metal pan or skillet will work on an induction cooktop - nothing special. They are all ferrous and magnetic.

    I use my NuWave for outdoor cooking (have never fried bacon or anything greasy inside) while we are in FL, even use it inside on occasion. Inside my favorite use for it is for my pressure Cooker. Great temperature control.
