Here is my list of items I forwarded to my dealer for my warranty work appointment. Below each item is the result.

Microwave table no turn and microwave will occasionally shut off
    Microwave replaced under warranty.

    White light broken
    Switches ordered, replaced by me.

Water heater propane will not restart
    Dealer could not duplicate problem.

    Wheels and brakes
Inspected, found one worn bearing so replaced all under warranty and repacked all bearings.

    A/C ducting system working correctly?
Found a barrier in the central A/C unit, replaced and reinforced with metal tape.

Test air vent system on gray water
    No problem found

Nose cap, driver side, clearance light out.
    Replaced light bulb.

    Check propane hoses for leaks
    No problem found.

    Check front jacks for cracks
    No Problem found

    Heater motor noisy
    Works as designed.

driver side front slide out dragging
    Slightly our of sync, re-synchronized

    Stove burner staying too hot
Works as designed, learned to turn the knob toward the off position to reduce flame to desired level

Now let's see if I can remember the stuff I fixed.
    Westlake tire blowout.
LCI one control disappearing icons, network cable connections reseated
    Cabinet door hinge pulled out
    Pantry door lock re-installed
Re-secured the facia on the bedroom slide out cabinet, it was falling off.
Put a longer latch on the front compartment door when the floor sagged from the bouncing generator, structurally sound, perhaps 1/8 inch sag, just enough the latch would not lock.
Added internal air circulation fan to Refrigerator
Bought touch up stain to repair problems with cabinet and table finishes.
Replaced battery with dual 6v battery system, original battery could not sustain 1 night.

I do not find any of these things unusual in an RV. This is my 4th RV, I have found similar issues in all 4. As you can see, some of what I thought were problems was merely my failure to understand how things work.

Camper is almost a year old now. The dealer told me they love to sell GD products because they need to do so little to them before delivery.
So far on ours...broken screen door latch..faulty thermostat...frost buildup in freezer due to faulty seal. All fixed by dealer. Nearly a perfect unit so far.
Hope I didn't just jinx things.

Delivered to the dealer with a ruptured aux fresh water tank, replaced it after PDI.
Heater duct under fridge not connected to furnace - fixed by the dealer
Squeak in bedroom floor, nail missed the mark in the floor in the generator area, I was able to bend it so it didn't rub and squeak.
Leak at the drain for the aux tank - dealer replaced the drain
Leak at the drain for the aux tank - dealer realized there was not enough seal tape on the threads into the tank
Garage door opens while driving if not deadbolted - not fixed yet

Nothing major I guess and the dealer has been superb.

Rust spots in stainless kitchen sink/ not even sure were going to sweat it as they are very small and I don't want the island disassembled for such a minor issue.
Might try some Bar Keepers Friend Soft Cleanser on the sink's rust spots.

    At PDI:
We bought a 2017 384GK-R in April, 2017. Haven't had too many issues, but some we a headache.

PDI: Broken Lav Bowl - Ordered and replaced
No trailer brakes - Replaced all four hubs and brake assemblies, contaminated with grease

First year: Bedroom AC compressor would not cut off - unit replaced
Inadequate braking - Found wire disconnected in junction box in pin box. Only had brakes on 1 side.
Entry door hard to close - adjusted
Two accent stripes peeling off - replaced
Molding falling down - tacked up
hearth on fireplace falls off - tacked back on

Planned Upgrades- Disc Brakes, HD Shackles and wetbolts, Moryde SRE 4000

Overall, our experience has been alright. Our only complaint is that the warranty process is dirt slow. Couple that with the fact that the dealers are selling so many RVs that their service depts are so far behind and cannot provide needed service in a timely manner. Hopefully, this will change over time.

Thank you Gene. I just showed this to her and that’s what she uses! I can’t even see the spots (she can for sure), but don’t think we’ll have the island torn apart for such a minor thing...gotta keep it clean anyway, right?

Just a thought. If it's under warranty, you may want to get it done anyway. Today's tiny spot is tomorrow's big spot?

I turned on the kitchen faucer/sprayer and a tiny water jet hit me in the chest. Replaced the fsucet--not an easy job since it took pex fittings and crimping tool.
And a water leak in the nylon plumbing next to the Kantleak valve. Disassembled and reinstalled with gray Teflon tape. And
Hoses in the bath faucet are crossed. We just use it like it is.
That's it. Our 323BHS stays in a member owned campground in storage and has never been on the road.
