Roof stains from A/C water discharge

We recently (July 2018) spent 11 days near Arlington, TX with temperatures in the mid to high 90’s each day. We were parked in a COE campground near trees, but not under the trees. We have a 303 with two A/C units. We had no cooling problems. What I have are nasty stains on my roof that took a lot of scrubbing to remove. Even with the scrubbing, faint water tracks can still be seen. I ran out of cleaner (Protect All Rubber Roof Cleaner) before I began round 2 of cleaning. I cleaned my roof before we left on the trip. I have never had this problem on mr previous coaches.

The water tracks for the front A/C were similar to the rear.

    Thanks for your insight

IDK what those stains are but I traveled for 9 months wt A/C on every day and never saw anything like that.
All that runs off a/c is water from condensation.
Perhaps you might look under shroud for a dead animal ??, especially since it's running normally. Or is it ???
Only other thing would be the oily residue from a leaking compressor ??

Both units seem to be working fine. We stayed cool and comfortable. Once the units were turned off, and we drove home, the roof dried up leaving the residue. It looks like some sort of dried algae. I have not pulled the covers off, but will.

Could be algae growing there in the heat.

I have been able to get up there and ckeck under the a/c covers and everything seemed ok. I cleaned the condensation all the drains and cleaned the roof. Although I think it was algae, I could still see the drain tracts after two cleanings.

I went to my favorite rv shop and asked if they sold elbow grease and they said sure do. I asked if I could buy a bucket and they said they sell it by the hour... $199.... [emoji33].
I guess I will just have to make my own, I said.
