I have a 395M with 20K miles on my Westlake "G" rated tires. So far no issues but will probably replace next year. I think heat and under inflation is your biggest enemy with RV tires and of course the speed that you tow has a direct effect on the life of the tires also.
Safe travels to you.

After over two years of travel, and that includes two long trips out West, I decided to remove the WestLakes and put on Goodyear Endurance. The WestLakes still looked good and performed well but I felt it was time to upgrade my boat trailer tires and since the boat never travels more than 200 miles I would just switch them out and put the new ones on the 5th wheel. WestLakes could have possibly been ok for another season or two but this was a good opportunity so I took it. The boat weighs less than the 5th wheel too.

I wish I would have found this forum sooner. I just suffered my 3rd blowout of a Westlake tire on my Momentum 349M, each with catastrophic results. All 3 blowouts resulted in body damage to the coach along with rupturing the hydraulic lines for the leveling jacks each time. The first 2 blowouts I had the trailer repaired at the dealership and filed an insurance claim. This time I am fixing it myself. I am replacing all 4 of the hydraulic lines to the jacks by the tires. The lines I had made are at minimum 10x stronger than the factory lines, and making them 2' longer allows me to route them out of danger of another blowout in the future, and for ~$200. I am also mounting 4 new Sailun tires on the coach.

To add:
This is all in about 2 years of ownership. After the 1st blowout I started using a TPMS, and pressures set at 80psi.
