    Antenna TV reception

I can’t get any channels off the antenna while the camper next to me is able to get about 20 channels. I put the TV input to air and did a scan. Any thoughts?

Is the antenna amplifier on? It's a small push button on one of the socket plates, often either in the BR or next to the TV if it's on an elevator.

On our 337, the cable feed goes to one of the sockets on the socket plate, and the OTA signal goes to the other. Try plugging the cable from the TV into the other socket, if you have one.

Next step is to make sure all the connections are tight.

Take the plate off where the antenna comes through the roof. There is a small coax connection inside that can break or come loose. Repair if appropriate.

i'm not sure which TV you have, but it it's a TCL, it's a little tricky.

First, under "Input", make sure it's set to "TV".

Then, under Settings, select "Channel", then Signal Source "Antenna".

    Finally, try another scan.

I just responded to a very similar thread and agreed this may very well be the issue unless confirmed otherwise:

A number of us have had troubles with breaking the 21045 RG-6 cable inside the king antenna. This is a very thin and weak cable. Check out this thread from last August starting with post number 20. I replaced my cable with a heavier duty RG six cable and this solved all of my issues.
