Two Factor Authentication
I have added a module for two factor authentication using Google Authenticator. If you would like to use that, you can find it in your settings, on the left side menu. Click two factor authentication, and follow the directions. Let me know if you have any issues.
Thanks

Google Authenticator is an app which once set up creates a new random six digit code that must be used (along with your regular user ID/password) to log in. The idea being it prevents others from logging in with your credentials should they somehow acquire as you need both and one is constantly changing. The code times out fairly quickly (less than a minute) before generating a new, random one. I’m sure Chris can speak to the more technical aspects far better than I.

That’s good to know. Wouldn’t want anyone hacking my GDRV forum account. 🙂 Thanks for explanation. 👍

Google is coming out with a USB and Bluetooth two factor key that must be inserted or connected (blue tooth) to your computer or smart phone to prevent someone from logging into your accounts without it being connected. I believe this the future of computers and smart phones. Google tested with all their employees world wide and when key was used no one was able to gain access to their computer or phone.
