Help finding kid friendly park near Sequin, TX

We want to take the grandkids to ZDT park in Sequin, TX the first week of November. All the close by state parks are already booked.

Any suggestions for kid friendly RV parks in the area?

We will be coming from the Houston area.

The DW suggests Leisure Camp in Fentress (approx 15 miles from Seguin). It’s on the river. Kid friendly.
Plenty of shade.

There are a couple of RV parks on the Guadalupe River just outside New Braunfels that wouldn’t be crowded that time of year like Camp Hueco Springs on River Rd......

If you want to travel a little bit more. Jellystone RV Resort in Kerrville is very kid friendly. With a large water play area, new water slides, 2 pools (might be too cool for the pools, but this is Texas and it could still be in the 90's) and many other events like lazer tag, arts and crafts, hayrides, miniature golf and a basketball court. They have different themes each week, so check out their web site. Fairly expensive but for the amount of activities provided it's not to bad. Close to Boerne, New Braunfels and Cascade Caverns for a day trips

We found Lakewood Recreation area. Close enough, we plan on spending most of the day at an amusement park so the campground is not the destination but a decent place to "camp" with G&G.
